Project Academy trainers

Suppose you are an experienced trainer in any area relevant to projects. In that case, if you can train people via webinars, or you are available to travel, you are qualified to become Project Academy trainer.

We appreciate the trainers from different locations with different language knowledge, experience, and skills. Each trainer is independently evaluated by 3-4 members of our Board of Directors, so when you are contacting us, provide us with the following data:

• Your complete CV
• Copies of your certificates
• Describe in detail your teaching experience
• Link on some existing webinar training, youtube video, etc. If you don't have it, please record about 10 minutes of training in English (French, Spanish, German, and Russian if you prefer to do training in some of these languages). (At present, we don’t have Chinese evaluators, later, we will also allow other languages).
• Describe your knowledge and what you want to train, and send us the syllabus if you have them available.

Application procedure:

• Send us an application with all required supporting materials
• The evaluator will make the first round of evaluation.
• If you pass, you are invited for an interview with 1-2 members of the Board of Directors.
• Successful candidates will pass two training sessions  20-30 minutes long, supervised by some of our experienced senior trainers.

Depending on your previous experience, you became the junior or senior trainer of Project Academy.

Additional information

Please note we do not employ any trainers (except our evaluators and permanent staff). Primary trainer income comes from the training organized for the Project Academy or for the Project Academy-affiliated partners. Trainers are based on the man/day fees, which are paid in full to trainers.
Trainers are not limited in the number of courses they train. Courses can be canceled if the number of trainees does not reach the threshold for opening the course.
If the training subject requires some accreditation fees, this will be deducted from the trainer fees.
Individual trainers must have a contract with the Project Academy or with any of our Affiliated partners.
