You have a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this content solely for personal learning purposes. You may not modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the content without explicit permission.

We may update or enhance services periodically, which will be governed by these Terms unless stated otherwise. Use the Platform only through the provided interfaces. 3. Content Enrollment and Lifetime Access

When enrolling in content, free or paid, you receive a license to access and view it through the Platform exclusively for personal, non-commercial educational use. Content is licensed, not sold. Lifetime access is generally provided but may be revoked if content must be disabled due to legal or policy requirements.

Permitted uses: View, download, and print for personal study.

4. Billing & Payment Terms

Free accounts: No charges. Cancel anytime through your profile.
Paid accounts: Access duration (typically 6 or 12 months) is specified in course descriptions. Additional virtual or in-person training may extend access.

5. Refund Policy

Prince-2.net provides a money-back guarantee subject to conditions:
Refund is not possible in the following cases:

  1. If the user intentionally provides incorrect information, address, or phone number in their account or in the payment portal. (Typo is accepted).

  2. If the user provides an incorrect country with the intention of avoiding tax payment.

  3. If the user engages in fraudulent behavior, such as submitting fake orders or using stolen payment methods.

  4. If a chargeback is initiated by the user's bank or payment provider without prior communication.

  5. If the service has been delivered and used (e.g., exam voucher purchased, digital downloads or non-cancellable bookings).

  6. Beyond 14 days from purchase (EU consumer rights minimum, unless voucher already issued).

Specifics:

  • Downloadable Content: Non-refundable after download unless explicitly stated.

  • E-learning or virtual class: Requests within 3 days of purchase. Certification exams provided post-refund period unless waived.

  • Third-party eLearning: Policies match ours if purchased through us; otherwise, handled by partners.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
