Refund eligibility
Refunds are only issued for payments made in error. If, for example, a duplicate payment or incorrect amount was processed, please reach out to us, and we will review your case for a potential refund. Refunds are not provided for completed eLearning purchases, as we incur immediate costs related to certification.
Information required for refund processing
To ensure a smooth and timely refund process, please provide us with:
- All payment data: Including the payment method, date of payment, transaction ID, and the amount.
- Bank transfer details: For refunds processed via bank transfer, please include your full banking information to facilitate the refund.
- Personal information: Full name and address as registered with the payment method.
Important note on certifications and refunds
Once an eLearning course is purchased, we are required to purchase a certificate for the student. This certificate is non-refundable from our certification authority, meaning we cannot recover the cost once it has been issued. As a result, we cannot offer refunds once the certificate purchase has been made.
