At Prince-2.net, we strive to deliver a high-quality eLearning experience that meets the needs and expectations of our students. However, we recognize that errors may occur, and in these cases, we have a clear refund policy to guide you through the process.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued at our discretion and only for eligible cases, such as payments made in error (e.g., duplicate payment or incorrect amount). Refunds are not automatic and subject to review.

Refund is NOT possible in the following cases:

  1. If the user intentionally provides incorrect information, address, or phone number in their account or payment portal. (Typo is allowed).

  2. If the user provides an incorrect country with the intention of avoiding tax payment.

  3. If the user engages in fraudulent behavior (e.g., fake orders, stolen payment methods).

  4. If a chargeback is initiated by the user's bank/payment provider without prior communication.

  5. If the service has been  delivered/used (e.g., exam voucher purchased, digital downloads, accessed content).

  6. After specified deadlines:

    • Downloadable Content: Non-refundable after download.

    • E-learning/virtual class: Within 3 days of purchase.

    • Beyond 14 days from purchase (EU consumer rights minimum, unless voucher already issued).

  7. Certification-related: Once purchased, certificates are non-refundable from our authority; we cannot recover costs.iubenda​

Specifics:

  • Third-party eLearning: Matches our policy if bought through us; otherwise, handled by partners.

  • All sales final except as required by law (e.g., EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

Information Required for Refund Processing

To ensure smooth processing, provide:

  • All payment data: Method, date, transaction ID, amount.

  • Bank details: IBAN, full name/address for transfers.

  • Personal info: As registered with payment method.

  • Proof of purchase/error.

How to Request a Refund

Contact support at asistent_AT_prince-2.sk (replace _AT_ by @) with details. We review promptly (typically 3-5 business days). Refunds processed to original payment method (may take 5-10 days).
