Acceptance of terms

By clicking "I agree," accessing, or using the Prince-2.net platform ("Platform"), including websites and mobile applications, you enter into a legal agreement with Prince-2.net ("we," "us") and agree to comply with these Terms and conditions and our Privacy policy (collectively, "Legal Documents"). Your continued use signifies ongoing acceptance of these terms.

"You" refers to individuals who create an account or entities represented by authorized users. If you use the Platform on behalf of your employer, you affirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on their behalf.

 

Accounts

An account is necessary for most activities, including purchasing and accessing content. You must:

  • Provide accurate, complete information (name, email, phone number if required).

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login details.

  • Do not transfer your account to others or share login credentials.

  • Immediately inform us if you suspect unauthorized use.

You must be of legal age to use online services in your country. You may terminate your account anytime through your profile.

 

Service description

Prince-2.net provides various learning tools, including:

  • Test simulator

  • Enterprise LMS

  • Gamification tools

  • Relaxation tools

Content includes data, information, text, videos, photos, scripts, software, and interactive features accessible through the Platform. You have a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this content solely for personal learning purposes. You may not modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the content without explicit permission.

We may update or enhance services periodically, which will be governed by these Terms unless stated otherwise. Use the Platform only through the provided interfaces. Communication (notifications, announcements, support messages) from Prince-2.net is essential for service provision and cannot be opted out.

 

Content enrollment and lifetime access

When enrolling in content, free or paid, you receive a license to access and view it through the Platform exclusively for personal, non-commercial educational use. Content is licensed, not sold. Lifetime access is generally provided but may be revoked if content must be disabled due to legal or policy requirements.

 

Billing & payment terms

  • Free accounts: No charges. Cancel anytime through your profile.

  • Paid accounts: Access duration (typically 6 or 12 months) is specified in course descriptions. Additional virtual or in-person training may extend access beyond training dates.

We may change prices based on market conditions, costs, or other factors. Prices in proposals with specified validity remain fixed until expiry. Otherwise, prices can change until the order is placed.

 

Refund policy

Prince-2.net provides a money-back guarantee subject to conditions:

  • Downloadable Content: Non-refundable after download unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • E-learning or virzal class learning: Refund requests within 3 days of purchase. Certification exams are provided post-refund period, unless waived.

  • Third-party eLearning: Refund policies match those of our content if purchased through us; otherwise, refunds are handled directly by partners.

To request a refund, provide detailed purchase information and transaction proof via our customer service form or email.

 

Code of conduct

By using our Platform, you agree to:

  • Abide by all applicable laws.

  • Avoid unlawful, fraudulent, abusive activities.

  • Not misuse trademarks or proprietary content.

  • Avoid hacking, spamming, or unauthorized access.

  • Report content violations promptly to our administrator.

 

Disclaimers

The Platform and content are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free services or successful exam certification. We are not responsible for platform downtime or third-party errors. Use of the Platform is at your risk.

 

Limitation of liability

We and our affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to either €100 or the amount paid in the preceding 12 months, excluding certification costs. Certification fees are non-refundable unless refunded by the Certification Authority.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Prince-2.net against third-party claims arising from your use, content submission, or violation of these terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable EU legislation. Disputes shall be resolved through the arbitration courts in Slovakia.

Continuing to use Prince-2.net confirms your acceptance and understanding of these terms.
